Cool Map
After spending time with Javascript this year I have a new respect for people who work with it. This interactive map has some nice features that can be toggled on and off to show cloud cover and rainfall. There is also a play button that allows the user to see the weather move across the US.
Nepal Earthquake
This is satellite imagery of the 2015 Nepal Earthquake from Esri. The map scrolls over the land and compares the before and after of the earthquake. There are also dots over the locations of interests.
Javascript Map
This map shows the population of each country around the world. The data for the map shows the current populations for the counties and the predicted future populations. There is rollover data that pops up similar to the maps made for class.

Leaflet Heatmap
This data is from another project that I am working on. The data is the percentage of Medicare Beneficiaries that have received an influenza vaccine for each county in the 2013-2014 season. The locations on the map are the counties with 50% or more of its population that receive an influenza vaccine. The map highlights locations that have high and low vaccination rates.
